About Us

Periodontics is a specialized branch of dentistry that focuses on the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of periodontal disease as well replacing teeth with dental implants.

Dr. Bak is a diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology and Implant Dentistry. He received his DDS in 2005, followed by a PhD in 2011 and completed his specialty training at USC in 2014. With over 15 years of experience, he currently serves as both faculty and the director of the Implant master program at USC. Dr. Bak has published extensively in the area of dental implants and bone grafting and is frequently invited to share his expertise at national and international meetings.
